AI Product Manager

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $122,000–$209,000 per year for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Other listed ranges are $135,000–$230,000 for Washington, D.C. and $153,000–$261,000 for New York and California.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority AI-enabled transformations across client experiences, commercial activities, and business workflows.
• Define product visions, target-state experiences, business cases, success measures, and strategic roadmaps.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into product requirements, workflows, design principles, priorities, and delivery decisions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept and incubation through design, engineering, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Coordinate business, Technology, Data, Design, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other enterprise partners.
• Drive organizational change and measure client impact, commercial outcomes, productivity, quality, cost, adoption, and realized business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, engineering, economics, design, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience across product management, strategy, business transformation, consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or related fields.
• Experience taking ambiguous, strategically important problems from concept through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Strong product strategy, business judgment, business-case development, prioritization, and senior stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, agentic workflows, and emerging AI-enabled business models.
• Technical fluency for discussions with engineers, architects, data leaders, and AI specialists on architecture and implementation trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management, financial services, distribution, sales, marketing, client service, or another complex client-facing environment.
• Experience building AI-enabled products or transforming workflows with generative AI in complex enterprises.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, data governance, privacy, responsible AI, risk management, and regulated product development.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in client experience, revenue, productivity, capacity, quality, or cost.
