Director, AI Product Strategy (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; not available for hire or work in New Mexico, Alaska, Montana, or Hawaii.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Architect end-to-end orchestrated AI agent workflows for consumer-facing digital experiences and complex internal client operations.
• Own product delivery from discovery, research, strategy, and requirements gathering through validation, design, technology delivery, and launch.
• Translate complex requirements and AI capabilities into narratives and business outcomes for senior executive clients.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnerships to set direction, iterate on features, and validate feasibility.
• Lead multidisciplinary Design, Strategy, and Technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Advise senior clients and apply business requirements while balancing end-user needs and goals.

Requirements

• Experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Deep Product Owner or Product Manager experience shipping large-scale, consumer-facing digital products across web, app, CMS, or enterprise platforms.
• Practical experience with modern AI tools, agentic design, governance, and workflow transformation.
• Track record of delivering and evaluating AI experiences beyond the lab or proof-of-concept stage.
• Understanding of deterministic and probabilistic systems and how to design for them.
• Hands-on experience or working fluency with Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise Agents, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot.
