Director of AI Product Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid schedule based in the South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office

Salary: $215,000–$305,000 total cash compensation per year; New York City range: $268,750–$381,250 per year. Equity is offered separately.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and lead multiple AI product initiatives for client acquisition and digital operations.
• Translate partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights into sequenced workstreams, resourcing plans, and execution priorities.
• Own P&L, ROI, risks, and measurable business outcomes while communicating progress to senior leaders and client stakeholders.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows and convert delivery learnings into reusable capabilities for the Growth Operating System.
• Manage and develop product managers, including managers of managers, through clear expectations, feedback, coaching, and performance support.

Requirements

• Experience owning AI/ML products end to end, from concept through iteration, delivery, and measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems, model evaluation, SQL, Python, agents, or data pipelines.
• Strong technical and data foundation, including the ability to understand algorithms and collaborate with engineers and data scientists.
• Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating ambiguity, and making high-impact product decisions.
• Experience engaging strategically with clients or business stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.
• Experience managing product management teams, including managers of managers.
