Group AI Product Manager (Growth)

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; onsite Tuesday through Thursday at headquarters and remote Mondays and Fridays

Total cash compensation: $185,000–$230,000 per year, including target bonus; equity offered separately

What you will do

• Lead multiple AI product initiatives aligned with client objectives, customer needs, product leadership, and business strategy.
• Develop business cases, assess feasibility and ROI, and translate strategy into sequenced workstreams and execution plans.
• Own P&L, business impact, progress reporting, risks, and opportunities for each initiative.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows and convert delivery learnings into reusable capabilities.
• Partner with client stakeholders and senior product, technology, and client-services leaders on product decisions.
• Manage and develop at least two product managers through coaching, delegation, feedback, and performance planning.

Requirements

• Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration and owning business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems, model evaluation, data analysis, agents, or data pipelines.
• Strong technical and data foundation, including the ability to work with engineers and data scientists and understand relevant algorithms.
• Experience using SQL and Python for analysis or technical problem-solving.
• Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, engaging clients or strategic stakeholders, and navigating ambiguous decisions.
• Must be able to work the required hybrid schedule in Charlotte, North Carolina; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available, including for H-1B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, and TN visas, and corp-to-corp work is not available.
