What you will do

• Lead complex projects tied to the development and implementation of manufacturing systems, hardware products, and software platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across electrical, hardware, software, and process engineering disciplines.
• Manage program milestones, prioritize deliverables, and drive requirements scoping and analysis.
• Conduct executive and department-level reviews to provide transparency into program health, risks, and financials.
• Mentor project and program management teams to advance organizational competencies and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management within the high-tech industry.
• Experience managing business-critical partners across multiple geographies.
• Proven ability to interface with multi-level employees, management, and customers.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of Program Life Cycle (PLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet deliverables and implementations.
• Working knowledge of various operating systems.
