What you will do

• Manage Quality program activities for the Renal Denervation Capital Equipment Generator Program throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain integrated Quality plans aligned with PDP milestones, managing schedules, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Coordinate technical Quality activities and design verification strategies to support overall program objectives.
• Support design transfer readiness with Manufacturing and Operations to ensure successful commercialization.
• Facilitate cross-functional technical reviews and drive timely issue resolution through collaboration and influence.
• Track program performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with at least 5 years of technical experience, or an advanced STEM degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience working on large, complex Product Development Process (PDP) teams.
• Strong understanding of capital equipment and system-level development (software, hardware, and mechanical design interfaces).
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
