Salary: $142,490–$213,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead custom and semi-custom semiconductor solutions for customers.
• Own the complete program lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
• Drive development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release phases.
• Monitor schedule, quality, and cost performance against the Plan of Record.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, business, customer, management, and executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve escalated issues, and lead pre-mortems and post-mortems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years of program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, customer-facing, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Advanced risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions aligned with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
