Salary: $142,490 - $213,500 per annum

What you will do

  • Own the complete program lifecycle from initiation through production release.
  • Drive execution across development, validation, qualification, and sample delivery phases.
  • Monitor program performance against schedule, quality, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, lead mitigation planning, and resolve issues to maintain momentum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s degree).
  • Minimum of 5 years in a program management role within the semiconductor industry.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Proven leadership, time management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
