What you will do

• Lead supply chain readiness by planning and executing purchasing and supplier quality strategies.
• Conduct detailed supply chain mapping from prototype to production to ensure resilience.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to report readiness and present executive summaries to leadership.
• Represent the GPSC team in program meetings, managing risks and mitigating obstacles.
• Drive continuous improvement in data integrity and system automation for scalable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles managing hardware development programs.
• 5+ years of experience managing supply chain setup from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency with task management tools (Jira) and schedule management tools (Smartsheet/MS Project).
• Advanced analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in supply chain or business management.
• Experience in safety-critical hardware industries (aerospace, automotive, AV, or medical devices).
