TL;DR

Program Manager (Communications): Scaling and strengthening the internal and executive communications function with an accent on operational rigor, planning processes, and executive support. Focus on establishing operating models, managing complex communication initiatives, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a global semiconductor environment.

Location: Santa Clara, CA. Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

Salary: $111,520 - $167,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Establish and manage the operating model for the Communications team, including planning cycles, meeting cadence, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Own end-to-end program management for complex communications initiatives, tracking timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable best practices, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support executive communications through the development of briefing materials and preparation for key engagements.
  • Partner with Global Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Provide clear status reporting, risk identification, and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, ideally within communications or marketing.
  • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
  • Strong capabilities in multi-workstream planning and cross-functional execution in a global organization.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with high discretion and professionalism.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
