What you will do

• Partner with program leads to establish charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate alignment sessions and steering committees to drive cross-functional decision-making.
• Track program health, milestones, and risks, escalating blockers to leadership.
• Coordinate workstreams across research, engineering, and product teams.
• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs for executive briefings.
• Support budget, headcount, and resource planning in collaboration with Finance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical program coordination or operations in research-driven or engineering-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to distill technical complexity for diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts and research workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools and process infrastructure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in AI/ML, biotech, or regulated research environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or portfolio management methodologies.
• Experience building or scaling program governance frameworks.
