What you will do

• Build change management processes from scratch, including categories, approval workflows, and CAB cadence.
• Implement incident management frameworks, severity levels, escalation paths, and post-mortem formats.
• Configure and administer Jira Service Management and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for SI assets.
• Manage PagerDuty on-call schedules, alert routing rules, and escalation policies.
• Develop core SOPs and document process gaps to ensure operational reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and AI Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless service integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5–8+ years of experience as an ITIL practitioner, ITSM engineer, or operations engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management or ServiceNow at an admin/configuration level.
• Proven experience with PagerDuty administration (schedules, routing, integrations).
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher required.
• Experience within a datacenter or infrastructure operational context.
