• Adhere to service level agreements (SLA) and IT best practice performance requirements.
• Administer NMS systems and handle software integration with other applications.
• Coordinate project schedules for automation deployments and upgrades.

Requirements

• Two-year degree or 3-4 years of related experience without a degree.
• Experience with NMS administration and software integration.
• Ability to respond to and resolve user technical problems.
• Must be based in Austin, TX, US.
