What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain centralized endpoint management systems using Intune and Jamf Pro, including global workstation standards and configuration baselines.
• Manage endpoint deployment lifecycle and drive zero-touch provisioning (Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager) for onboarding and offboarding.
• Implement automated application packaging, software distribution, and OS patch management to keep fleets consistent and healthy.
• Enforce endpoint security baselines (encryption, vulnerability remediation) in partnership with SecOps.
• Act as an escalation point for complex endpoint, browser configuration, and integration issues; analyze root causes and propose long-term resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records for the endpoint ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT technical role supporting enterprise endpoint applications and management solutions.
• Advanced engineering knowledge of Windows and macOS hardware and operating systems.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Solid understanding of identity providers and SaaS platforms, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Windows Terminal Server (WTS), Cloud PCs, or VDI.
• PowerShell scripting experience and ability to automate tasks using APIs; familiarity with Agile and Jira.
