What you will do

• Provide technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and remote access to resolve software issues.
• Configure, monitor, and test software applications, including the deployment of updates and patches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate software defects and recommend product improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Develop technical documentation, software guides, and custom client solutions to meet business needs.
• Assist engineering and help desk teams while building advanced expertise in product functionality.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, US
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience working with software and hardware in complex business systems environments.
• 1+ years of experience in gaming venues with knowledge of databases.
• 1+ years of experience with ATM system and equipment installations.
• Proven experience with software development and application deployment in a Windows OS environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in systems administration.
• Basic programming experience.
