What you will do

• Own and approve all corporate FP&A outputs, ensuring zero unexplained variances in reports for the CFO and investors.
• Lead the full Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including timelines, department challenge conversations, and presenting the consolidated P&L.
• Design and maintain the FP&A close calendar, reporting cadences, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage and develop a team of Senior and Junior ICs through weekly 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance and Strategy and the CFO to influence business trajectory and profitability.
• Oversee the FP&A automation roadmap in coordination with the Finance Engineer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
• Must be based in the US Eastern time zone.
• Proven track record of running end-to-end monthly financial close cycles and producing board-level materials.
• Experience with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel with experience in complex financial modeling.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
