Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, or Spain)

What you will do
- Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to shape overall business strategy and capital allocation.
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Board to deliver actionable financial insights that influence investment priorities and growth initiatives.
- Develop integrated enterprise-wide planning processes, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Modernize FP&A functions by implementing automation, AI-enabled analytics, and scalable planning technologies.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global FP&A organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within global technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations.
- Proven success leading enterprise FP&A, performance management, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and Boards to influence high-level strategic decisions.
- Expertise in financial modeling, capital allocation, and leading finance transformation (automation/AI tools).
- Must be based in Canada, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, or Spain
- English: C1 proficiency required (primary business language)
