Location: Hybrid (San Mateo, CA), onsite expectations 3x/week (Tues - Thurs)

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner for North America Field Sales and Customer Success leadership to influence investment priorities.
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning by connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Analyze GTM performance using SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, sales productivity, and customer metrics.
• Translate complex financial results into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Develop scalable financial models to support hiring decisions, resource allocation, and business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes by leveraging AI and automation tools.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting GTM organizations (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Marketing).
• Strong proficiency with SaaS metrics such as ARR, bookings, CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for building complex financial models.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the San Mateo, CA headquarters (Hybrid 3x/week).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, including APAC-based colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.
• Proven track record of using AI and automation tools to increase analytical capacity.
