What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Maintain and update financial models, budgets, and forecasts using standard templates.
• Extract and organize data from NetSuite, Planful, and Salesforce to support analysis.
• Conduct research and build basic analyses to address specific business questions.
• Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including consolidation tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline data organization and analytical documentation.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analysis (recent graduates with internships considered).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial data.
• Must be based in Nashville, TN or New York City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or financial planning tools such as Planful, Adaptive, or Anaplan.
