What you will do

• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reviews.
• Build and maintain sophisticated three-statement financial models with driver-based forecasting.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation technologies to modernize finance processes.
• Develop executive reporting packages and Power BI dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Partner with IT and Business Systems to integrate AI capabilities into financial workflows.
• Analyze hardware deployment economics, ARR, churn, and LTV metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience within SaaS, HaaS, or high-growth technology businesses.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Power Query.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.
• Background in private equity-backed companies.
