Lead Engineer (Pulp & Power)

What you will do

• Lead engineering activities with a strong focus on equipment design and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Execute and oversee engineering projects to ensure compliance with customer and organizational requirements.
• Develop and review production-level engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Coordinate technical resources and project schedules across global cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical expertise for site service projects and resolve field issues.
• Travel to customer sites (20–30%) to support project execution, troubleshooting, and data collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, layout, or stress engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for production-level drawings.
• Strong experience in the Pulp & Power industry, specifically with Recovery and Power boilers.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to travel 20-30% to customer sites.
