What you will do

• Lead technical activities across engineering, procurement, and installation teams for assigned systems.
• Manage the project scope, delivery schedule, and quality targets for generators, turbines, and auxiliary systems.
• Create purchase order requisitions and participate in supplier negotiations.
• Facilitate design review meetings and manufacturing kick-offs.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet contract specifications and quality criteria.
• Implement contingency plans to address project deviations and manage non-conformances.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in hydroelectricity, energy-producing equipment, or related manufacturing.
• Proven background in technical coordination of engineering activities and subcontracting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
