What you will do

  • Establish and execute the retirement proposition roadmap, aligning product features with business goals and UK regulatory standards.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to market launch in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Integrate member behavior data into proposition design to continually refine the user experience.
  • Develop innovative decumulation solutions to optimize AUM retention and support business growth.
  • Ensure the retirement proposition delivers demonstrable Value for Money and meets all governance requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the retirement proposition in client engagements and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven technical background in DC pension proposition development and retirement strategy.
  • Experience within Financial Services, specifically within Master Trust or tech-forward Wealthtech environments.
  • Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects within agile frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements and data analytics into intuitive digital customer journeys.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence to influence at Board and Trustee levels.
  • Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
