What you will do
- Establish and execute the retirement proposition roadmap, aligning product features with business goals and UK regulatory standards.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to market launch in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Integrate member behavior data into proposition design to continually refine the user experience.
- Develop innovative decumulation solutions to optimize AUM retention and support business growth.
- Ensure the retirement proposition delivers demonstrable Value for Money and meets all governance requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the retirement proposition in client engagements and industry thought leadership.
Requirements
- Proven technical background in DC pension proposition development and retirement strategy.
- Experience within Financial Services, specifically within Master Trust or tech-forward Wealthtech environments.
- Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects within agile frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements and data analytics into intuitive digital customer journeys.
- Strong communication skills with confidence to influence at Board and Trustee levels.
- Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
