What you will do
- Shape and evolve the homeownership and mortgages proposition based on strategic thinking.
- Develop deep expertise in the mortgages landscape, including partners, regulation, and industry trends.
- Own the global roadmap for the homeownership and mortgages proposition, defining priorities and sequencing.
- Lead structured product discovery using qualitative insight, quantitative data, and commercial understanding.
- Make clear, balanced trade-offs between user experience, commercial constraints, and technical complexity.
- Collaborate with Design, Commercial, and Data stakeholders to ensure market relevance and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shaping new propositions from first principles.
- Comfortable owning meaningful proposition-level problem spaces and shaping roadmap direction.
- Strong commercial awareness, thinking in terms of value exchange and long-term proposition coherence.
- Ability to operate within a shared leadership model and drive clarity of decision-making.
- Intellectual confidence and willingness to challenge existing thinking constructively.
- Combine structured discovery with strong product intuition, balancing rigour with momentum.
- English: B2 required.
- Must work from London, United Kingdom for hybrid schedule (2-3 days in-office weekly).
