What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog to ensure alignment with product goals.
• Collaborate with developers to refine clear, testable, and deliverable user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and contribute to story sign-off processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Gather and clarify requirements from cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Support release readiness, BAU handover, and post-release improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Experience in a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Developer, or similar digital/technology role.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery principles and ways of working.
• Proven experience working with user stories, requirements, or delivery backlogs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems.
