What you will do

• Manage quote requests, sales leads, and product promotions in partnership with Regional Sales Managers.
• Handle 50+ daily customer requests via phone, email, and other electronic communications.
• Make pricing decisions based on established guidelines and market feedback.
• Process and acknowledge customer orders within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
• Process customer returns and claims, initiating corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Highland Heights, KY
• Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• College coursework equivalent to an Associate's Degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or AS 400 Mainframe.
