What you will do

  • Promote hirify.global products and solutions through proactive acquisition, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Provide a first-class customer service experience and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Meet and exceed all established performance and sales goals/metrics.
  • Consult with customers to identify their specific needs and recommend optimal plans and products.
  • Maintain current knowledge of hirify.global products, pricing plans, and competitor offers.
  • Utilize technology-based applications to provision and troubleshoot services for customers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Kotzebue, AK.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (or the ability to obtain one within one year of employment).
  • Minimum of six months of general work experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail locations and offices.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.
  • Relevant telecom industry or job-specific certifications.
