What you will do
- Promote products and solutions through proactive acquisition, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Provide a first-class customer service experience and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Meet and exceed all established performance and sales goals/metrics.
- Consult with customers to identify their specific needs and recommend optimal plans and products.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, pricing plans, and competitor offers.
- Utilize technology-based applications to provision and troubleshoot services for customers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kotzebue, AK.
- High School diploma or equivalent (or the ability to obtain one within one year of employment).
- Minimum of six months of general work experience.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail locations and offices.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service and sales.
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Relevant telecom industry or job-specific certifications.
