Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 yearly

What you will do

• Build and manage a strong network within the environmental, consulting, remediation, and industrial markets.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Central Detroit, Michigan, and the Midwest.
• Conduct discovery sessions to align hirify.global solutions with clients' technical and regulatory challenges.
• Develop value propositions for analytical testing services, including water, soil, and air programs.
• Lead proposal development, negotiate pricing, and secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Lab Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, project management, or customer service.
• Must live within a commutable distance to Detroit, MI.
• Experience in the environmental industry or analytical testing services (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
