What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for circuit card design within the group.
• Architect and design complex high-speed digital electronics, including multi-layer PCBs with microvias.
• Lead signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis and define methodology.
• Mentor peers and provide formal training on high-speed design and SI/PI topics.
• Create and maintain group design rules and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance and manufacturability requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in avionics, digital electronics, or power systems.
• Deep expertise in signal and power integrity analysis.
• Proven experience with high-speed PCB design techniques and EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership experience.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting space-grade systems.
• Familiarity with Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Knowledge of relevant space and military standards.
