What you will do

• Design, develop, and test electrical hardware for optical modules and AI-focused platforms.
• Collaborate with senior engineering teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
• Perform hands-on testing and debugging using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and signal analyzers.
• Validate hardware performance, including troubleshooting and verification of control loops.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
• Support manufacturing teams during the production and assembly of hardware components.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical hardware design.
• Proficiency with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Allegro, OrCAD).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with firmware for board-level communication and scripting.
• Knowledge of power management, high-speed signal integrity, and power integrity.
• Familiarity with thermal management and EMI/EMC design considerations.
• Understanding of industry standards related to DCI technology.
