What you will do

• Design highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Perform architectural investigations and implement circuits including PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs.
• Conduct design verification using industry-standard tools such as SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Carry out layout activities in nanometric technologies and supervise physical design.
• Independently characterize, debug, and validate designs in the lab.
• Generate design documentation, application specifications, and support customers and FAEs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias, regulators).
• Expertise in low power and high-speed design techniques.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Bachelor's degree in EE or related field (5-10 years experience) or Master's/PhD (3-5 years experience).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
