Salary: $150,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Lead the design of high-speed digital circuit cards and subsystems for aerospace and military applications.
• Perform signal and power integrity analysis for high-speed interfaces, memory buses, and power distribution networks.
• Define PCB layout constraints including controlled impedance, length matching, and isolation of sensitive circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FPGA, software, RF, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Plan and execute board bring-up, integration, troubleshooting, and qualification testing.
• Serve as a technical interface with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding hardware design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in digital design fundamentals, including timing, clocking, and return-path management.
• Hands-on experience with lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex technical problems.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with Avionics platforms and Altium Designer.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards such as RTCA/DO-160 and MIL-STD-461/810.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces like DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, and SERDES.
