Salary: $131,010 – $196,300 per annum

What you will do
- Guide customers on the technical requirements and integration of SerDes IP into their systems.
- Provide hands-on technical support during the design, development, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize SerDes IP performance, specifically focusing on DSP algorithms and mixed-signal components.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues leveraging expertise in DSP and mixed-signal design.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Work with product management and QA to align product capabilities with customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in SerDes IP, DSP algorithm development, and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Strong expertise in high-speed serial communication protocols, specifically PCIe and Ethernet.
- Proficiency in mixed-signal EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys) and signal integrity lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).
- Experience creating and performing validation test cases and electrical compliance measurements.
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
