What you will do

• Process and manage customer POs from receipt to invoicing in a high-volume environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing order updates and resolving issues.
• Provide basic technical support to ensure customers receive the correct spare parts.
• Manage warranty claims and coordinate replacement orders with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and orders in ERP and Salesforce CRM systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in order management, customer service, or sales support.
• Background in industrial automation, manufacturing, or the spare parts industry.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of complex orders with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
