Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators within hospitals and private practices.
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on market penetration and product adoption.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
  • Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations to communicate the clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including KAMs, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
  • Proven success in capturing market share and displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 4.5 days per week in the field).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
