Location: Must reside within the assigned Region (NJ South)
Salary: $150,000 base, with at-plan compensation of $250,000

What you will do
- Manage medical equipment sales activities and implement regional sales programs for the NJ South region.
- Directly supervise, coach, and develop Territory Managers and Sales Associates to improve performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts across the region.
- Ensure the region consistently meets or exceeds performance objectives, including booked revenue quotas and profit.
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle for the region, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
- Analyze and report on regional market trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical devices, or pharma.
- 5+ years of experience in medical equipment sales management, preferably in cardiology.
- Must reside within the assigned Region (NJ South).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight stays and atypical hours.
