TL;DR
Clinical Account Manager (Medtech): Driving new and organic growth for a point-of-care EEG platform in hospitals with an accent on clinical training and medical education. Focus on launching new customer sites, building physician advocacy, and optimizing clinical workflows for seizure detection.
Location: Reading, PA. Must be based within the Southeast Pennsylvania region; no remote applicants. This role requires 60% (3 days a week) travel.
Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Expand the use of within existing acute and critical care centers.
- Partner with Territory Managers to launch at new customer sites.
- Provide on-going medical education and clinical training to physicians and hospital personnel.
- Establish clinical protocols for patients at risk of seizure and troubleshoot workflow solutions.
- Manage account launches and departmental expansions using Salesforce.
- Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate interest.
Requirements
- Must be based within the Southeast Pennsylvania region.
- 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience.
- Alternatively, RN background with industry experience in supporting sales teams.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time (3 days per week).
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic prioritization skills.
- Experience influencing change through consensus building and challenging the status quo.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience working with disruptive technology.
- Neuro ICU clinical experience.
- Previous medical device sales experience.
