What you will do

• Design and implement scalable operating rhythms, governance processes, and management systems.
• Own and manage the People organization's annual and quarterly operating plans.
• Establish and maintain clear objectives, key results (OKRs), metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Translate People priorities into measurable business impact using data and insights.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure People initiatives support company growth and performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and continuously improve People processes and programs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in People, HR, organizational effectiveness, or business operations.
• Significant experience operating at the executive level and partnering with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to establish operating systems and drive execution.
• Exceptional operational rigor and project leadership capabilities.
