TL;DR

Vice President, Global HRBP (Software): Leading the global People Strategy Partner function to align human resources initiatives with business growth and organizational maturity. Focus on serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, and scaling talent outcomes across a global matrixed organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site).

Salary: $272,000–$320,000

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the global HR Business Partner model to support business strategy and growth.
  • Serve as a primary strategic advisor to executive leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, data-driven people solutions.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing global team of HR Partners.
  • Use workforce insights and people analytics to inform decision-making and address talent challenges.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Santa Clara, CA for a hybrid work schedule.
  • Extensive experience leading strategic HRBP or people strategy functions in global, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Proven track record of advising executive-level leaders on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Experience building and developing geographically dispersed HR teams.
  • Strong ability to use people data and analytics to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving enterprise-level culture transformation and change management.
