Vice President, Global HRBP (Software): Leading the global People Strategy Partner function to align human resources initiatives with business growth and organizational maturity. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site).
Salary: $272,000–$320,000

What you will do
- Lead and scale the global HR Business Partner model to support business strategy and growth.
- Serve as a primary strategic advisor to executive leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and culture transformation initiatives.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, data-driven people solutions.
- Coach and develop a high-performing global team of HR Partners.
- Use workforce insights and people analytics to inform decision-making and address talent challenges.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Santa Clara, CA for a hybrid work schedule.
- Extensive experience leading strategic HRBP or people strategy functions in global, growth-oriented organizations.
- Proven track record of advising executive-level leaders on organization design and talent strategy.
- Experience building and developing geographically dispersed HR teams.
- Strong ability to use people data and analytics to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in driving enterprise-level culture transformation and change management.
