What you will do
- Act as a senior people partner to C-level executives to shape and execute global people strategies that accelerate growth and performance.
- Architect and lead large-scale organizational transformation, including org design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development to ensure critical skill availability.
- Utilize people analytics to provide insights into organizational health, capability gaps, and talent retention.
- Provide candid coaching and counsel to executives on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of People Business Partners.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading people strategy through significant organizational transformation in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Experience building and scaling a People Business Partner team.
- Executive-level presence with the ability to advise C-suite and VP-level leaders in high-stakes situations.
- Experience operating at the intersection of Product/Engineering, Finance, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the listed salary range.
- Proven ability to lead effectively across time zones in a fully remote environment.
