Value Creation Director (Consulting): Leading high-impact engagements for private equity and investment banking clients with an accent on strategic growth and value optimization. Location: Hybrid; must be based in one of the specified US cities (Chicago, San Francisco, Arlington, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Edison, LA, New York, Philadelphia, or Houston) with in-person attendance at least three days per week.
Salary: $223,514 – $289,171

What you will do
- Lead the development and expansion of Value Creation offerings through practice-wide thought leadership.
- Execute targeted client development strategies to originate new opportunities within private equity funds.
- Oversee multiple engagements, providing delivery leadership and hands-on project management.
- Expand service offerings within core client accounts and deepen stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and lead team up-skilling sessions.
- Drive tangible strategic growth for PE-backed companies and investment banking clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience at a leading management or strategy consultancy with progression to leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Industry recognized professional certification.
- Proven track record of generating opportunities in private equity and corporate markets.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing consulting staff.
- Ability to travel as needed.
