Salary: $158,823 - $328,354

What you will do

• Lead medium to large-scale transactional advisory projects from proposal to final deliverable.
• Provide technical industry knowledge for M&A advisory, valuation, and transactional due diligence.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, consultants, and financial analysts.
• Develop and implement strategic direction for service offerings and search for new consulting opportunities.
• Secure commitment from client senior management by leveraging strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
• 10+ years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing significant professional engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Expertise in power generation, utilities, O&G, water/wastewater, or digital infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience in business development.
• Professional certifications relevant to the area of expertise.
