TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Foodtech): Driving revenue and fostering client relationships within a book of 40-60 prioritized accounts with an accent on account development plans, product adoption, and retention. Focus on identifying new sales opportunities, managing end-to-end relationships, and implementing solutions for complex procurement challenges.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in Boston, MA).

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 OTE per year.

What you will do

  • Manage a book of 40-60 prioritized accounts across acquisition, retention, and development lifecycles.
  • Build and execute account plans to drive net new orderers, locations, and product adoption.
  • Own account relationships end-to-end, leveraging product specialists to ensure full solution utilization.
  • Build pipeline through self-prospecting and inbound lead management to meet sales targets.
  • Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline, customer spend, and account status.
  • Represent the company at industry-focused conferences, tradeshows, and customer-facing events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise sales experience selling to complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of owning the full sales life cycle, including identifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
  • Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain roles.
  • Expert proficiency in G-Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Ability to travel 25% of the year for company events and customer visits.
