Compensation: $170,000–$185,000 (Total compensation including base salary and annual variable)

What you will do

  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through discovery, demonstration, and closing.
  • Develop a high-value pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry referrals.
  • Advise executive decision-makers on growth strategies and marketing performance.
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing and technology solutions to solve complex business challenges.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently exceed monthly recurring revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring peers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • 3+ years of experience selling software, technology, or business solutions directly to pest control companies.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing complex opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
