What you will do

• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for technology, sales, and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates aligned with hiring priorities.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Utilize data and market insights to inform and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Drive innovation in sourcing by leveraging creative methods beyond traditional platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and sourcing systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche positions in operational or risk/compliance functions.
• Deep familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Gem, as well as CRM/ATS systems.
• Highly organized and responsive with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and resourceful ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for talent acquisition and commitment to a great candidate experience.
