Salary: $21.65–$38.03 hourly

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mortgage products, guiding members through the application and funding process.
• Build and retain mortgage relationships by delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Mentor and coach branch teams to identify mortgage opportunities and improve service quality.
• Actively participate in community events to generate new mortgage business and expand referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve loan file deficiencies and ensure regulatory excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum two years of experience in mortgage loan production (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Minimum two years of mortgage loan sales or consultative financial sales experience.
• Must comply with SAFE Act legislation and maintain annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to perform complex income analysis.
