What you will do

• Assume end-to-end ownership of AI engineering projects from requirements definition to production deployment.
• Design and manage GCP infrastructure including Cloud Run, IAM, VPC isolation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate business needs into precise technical specifications and PRDs.
• Lead company-wide AI infrastructure rollouts, training programs, and governance scaffolding.
• Forecast project timelines and resource requirements for concurrent initiatives.
• Direct and perform quality reviews for external engineering contractors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and technical program management.
• Must be based in the United States due to company compliance and operational requirements.
• Daily fluency in using LLM-based AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to architect and own GCP infrastructure end-to-end.
• Experience writing PRDs, architecture documents, and detailed project scopes.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Background in MedTech, health IT, or a regulated industry.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations or CRM-adjacent technical work.
• Familiarity with mobile development constraints and cross-platform frameworks.
• Experience directing or managing external engineering contractors.
