What you will do
- Design AI-driven target architectures and conceptualize autonomous software factories.
- Develop and own AI-driven delivery pipelines that translate engineering standards into machine-executable workflows.
- Establish trusted AI engineering environments with multi-layer verification and end-to-end traceability.
- Implement security and evaluation mechanisms, including automated testing and red-teaming for AI systems.
- Transform enterprise knowledge into machine-readable structures like domain models and APIs.
- Translate business intent into scalable architectures and embed AI into existing technology landscapes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or AI Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or software engineering with a strong AI focus.
- Experience leading project teams of 3+ people.
- Fluent in both German and English (C1 level).
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Familiarity with modern software delivery practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
