What you will do

• Manage proposal development and account-based marketing projects across assigned teams.
• Provide editorial review of materials to ensure quality control.
• Liaise with multiple teams across the organization to manage project flow.
• Work closely with the sales team to proactively support requests.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep the team apprised of project progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably with project management in a healthcare environment.
• Degree in Management, Marketing, Public Health, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for company benefits and payroll.

Nice to have

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or experience managing design vendors.
