What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of physiological sensing products.
- Manage operational aspects of projects, including schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
- Act as a liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
- Gather and manage requirements to ensure alignment with key stakeholder needs.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and solving problems to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience leading complex projects, or Master's with 2+ years, or PhD.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote environment in Lafayette, CO.
- Experience in technical functions to advance or introduce new technologies and therapies.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for negotiating priorities and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience in the medical device industry or other heavily regulated sectors.
- Track record of navigating technical, regulatory, and quality risks in product development.
- Experience working with global teams in matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to lead effectively in ambiguous or changing environments.
