What you will do

• Identify and resolve external dependencies and blockers to keep the squad focused on delivery.
• Use JIRA and Roadmunk to provide transparent visibility into status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices in a pragmatic, flexible manner.
• Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to improve backlog clarity and delivery predictability.
• Maintain project documentation and stakeholder reporting aligned with team maturity.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and shared ownership.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a technical project manager.
• Strong grounding in Scrum and agile principles with the ability to apply them flexibly.
• Deep expertise in JIRA and delivery tracking tools.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Familiarity with GenAI, data, and compute infrastructure concepts.
• Must be able to work onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting teams during agile maturity evolution.
• Hands-on GenAI development experience.
• Background in financial services or large-scale transformation projects.
